Return & Exchange Policy

At Jhulki Clothing, your satisfaction means everything to us. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help!


 Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging.
  • Non-returnable items: Accessories, sale items, and customized pieces are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

  • We offer size exchanges and exchanges for defective or damaged items.
  • If the item is unavailable in your desired size, we’ll offer a store credit or full refund.

 Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit.
  • For COD orders, refunds will be made through bank transfer or UPI.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@jhulki.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your Order ID, product details, and reason for return/exchange.
  3. Our team will guide you through the pickup or shipping process.
  4. Please note: The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Important Notes

  • Returns/exchanges requested after 7 days will not be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet our return conditions.
  • Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
