Returns
- Eligibility: Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and returned with original tags and packaging.
- Non-returnable items: Accessories, sale items, and customized pieces are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
- We offer size exchanges and exchanges for defective or damaged items.
- If the item is unavailable in your desired size, we’ll offer a store credit or full refund.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method or as store credit.
- For COD orders, refunds will be made through bank transfer or UPI.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Email us at support@jhulki.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Include your Order ID, product details, and reason for return/exchange.
- Our team will guide you through the pickup or shipping process.
- Please note: The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Important Notes
- Returns/exchanges requested after 7 days will not be accepted.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet our return conditions.
- Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
