- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping (India): 5–7 business days

Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
- A nominal shipping fee of ₹50 may apply to orders below ₹999.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): COD charges may apply and will be shown at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
- You can use this number to track the status of your shipment at any time.
Delays & Issues
- In rare cases of courier delays, natural calamities, or unexpected disruptions, shipping may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
- If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected time, contact us at support@jhulki.com with your order number.
